A calm space to make sense of what you’re going through

Welcome

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel significant. My aim is to offer a safe, trusting and non-judgemental space where you can bring all parts of yourself and feel genuinely heard.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. Together, we can explore what feels difficult, make sense of your experiences, and work towards greater self-understanding, healing and change.

How I can help

I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Bereavement
  • Stress
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Dysfunctional family dynamics
  • Infertility and IVF

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

Sometimes it begins with a feeling that something is not right, or that life has become difficult to carry in the way it once was.

My approach

I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to support each person as an individual. My work is grounded in compassion, empathy and acceptance, and I believe therapy is never a one-size-fits-all process.

I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to explore both the visible and hidden parts of your experience, at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Online and in-person therapy

I offer sessions online and in person from a peaceful log cabin on the edge of Lyminge Woods – a private, natural setting that gives space away from the pressures of day-to-day life.

For those who prefer it, I also offer walking therapy in nearby woodland.

A gentle first step

Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a free 20-minute, no-obligation introductory call so you can get a sense of me, ask any questions, and decide whether working together feels right.

Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of £40–£60, with some daytime and evening availability.
